V/A - Monogam

This record represents the classic Berlin-Punk-Scene, that didn't sound like punk rock, like the controversial Mekanik Destrüktiw Kommandöh, the electronic P1/E and the garbage-dAdA-sounds of Einstürzende Neubauten with a little help by Sentimentale Jugend (while Blank Xerox were some kind of No Wave from Italy). This was the time you had to decide whether you wanted to be part of the past (punk) or the future (noise).
