Abwärts never really were a punk-band, but too punk to be considered post-punk. Their lyrics are way beyond punk-cliches but capture the mood of these times perfectly. Their first album is a classic - not doubt about it. If you don't know it by now you should listen to it now! And after 30 years still doing relevant music.Link | Alternative Link
